Picture the scene. It’s the fourth or fifth day of your cruise and you’ve enjoyed the all-inclusive dining experience, but you want the opportunity to try something a bit different. Perhaps you have something to celebrate, or you just fancy dining somewhere a little more intimate. The Wu Fusion Restaurant is the perfect venue.

Stylish and contemporary surroundings are combined with a lounge bar and restaurant area, to create an atmosphere for all tastes and desires. Enjoy a premium beer at the bar after a long day of sightseeing before allowing a fine collection of Asian chefs to take care of the rest of your evening.

Before or after your meal, you can also enjoy one of many delicious Asian Exotic cocktails or a premium beer in the Lounge Bar.

Wu Fusion Restaurant

Although the restaurant comes with a £25 supplementary charge, the price you pay will include an opulent three course meal and a glass of wine. This sets the scene for a wonderful evening of Asian cuisine and culture.

The “One Day in Asia” menu features a number of delicious starters, main courses and desserts from Thailand, China, Japan and the Pacific Islands – as well as a selection of rice accompaniments. Options include: Sushi selections; Grilled Pork on a Lemongrass Skewer; Ginger, Tomato, Lemongrass and Herb encrusted Tilapia Fillet; Korean BBQ Beef with Coconut Shrimp Roll; and desserts including Lemongrass Poached Pear with Green Tea Sauce and Mango Tart Tatin.

There is also a Tasting Menu, where you have the opportunity to sample a range of courses that will take you on a food journey around Asia. A cup of green tea will set the tone and will soon be followed by dishes such as Tuna Sashimi, Szechuan Basil Chicken Pasta and Teriyaki Beef Strips.

However you decide to dine on your Pullmantur cruise, you will receive the highest quality service and food on board. You can choose to have dinner in one of the main restaurants, enjoy a lighter meal in one of the cafés, or find something for everyone in the buffet restaurant.
